Delhi police registers forgery case against Hero MotoCorp; company denies saying it’s an old matter from 2009-10, ET LegalWorld | Court Practice News



Delhi Police has registered a case against Hero MotoCorp on allegations of forgery and fraud.

The report filed by Brains Logistics, which was a service provider to Hero MotoCorp, accused the company, Munjal and others of forgery and falsifying account books.

Hero MotoCorp, in a statement, said the matter dates back to 2009-10 with the service provider Brains Logistic Pvt Ltd. Noting that, the complainant has mentioned company officials in the complaint, however, no official has been named in the FIR.

There was also a matter ongoing before the competent court in an FIR filed against Brains Logistics by Hero MotoCorp in 2013.
