On November 26, 2024, the High Court issued a notice to the respondents, indicating the possibility of a final hearing at the admission stage. The court mandated that the CEO of the Solapur Zilla Parishad disburse the pending salaries to the petitioners by January 14, 2025. Expressing dissatisfaction with the non-compliance, the bench stated, "We are directing the State Government to stop the salary of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur since our order has been disobeyed. The salary would be stopped until the salary of these Petitioners is paid."
